on February 2013 published an article 5 CMO Identify The Characteristics of Successful Teams. In this article he mentioned the comments of 5 colleagues  about characteristics of successful team and everyone have different views about this because everyone gave answers according to their experience of life. According to Steve Bell every person need to aware about their strengths and weaknesses because it helps them to manage that when we need to step back or move forward. In the words of Allen Faqua, every member needs to know what exactly they have to achieve means what is the real target to which they have to reach. Lisa Simon said that boss need to friendly and treat their subordinates as a friends which helps in better result. Moreover, Paul and Deborah said about communication and accountability.

Opinion:
In my opinion all the point mentioned by authors colleagues are so perfect to explain the real meaning of team. Good thing is that every one gave the different and wonderful answer along with the examples. This shows that they also work in team and they are perfect in team. Moreover they knows the importance what exactly team is. I want to suggest that if start working in team firstly know strong and weak point of own and team members so you can support each other and defense on another when needed.
